Articles 42 and 43 provide for endeavouring to secure for workers a living wage , humane conditions of work , maternity relief , a decent standard of life and full enjoyment of leisure and social and cultural opportunities . अनुच्छेद 42 तथा 43 में उपबंध किया गया है कि राज्य कर्मकारों को निर्वाह मजदूरी , काम की मानवोचित दशाएं , प्रसूति सहायता , शिष्ट जीवन-स्तर और अवकाश का पूर्ण उपभोग और सामाजिक तथा सांस्कृतिक अवसर सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास करेगा .

Provisions for humane conditions of work , maternity relief , leisure , promoting of economic interests and a decent standard of living for the workers , weaker sections and backward classes , minimum wage , banning of forced labour -LRB- articles 23 and 43 -RRB- were all directed towards social justice . काम की मानवोचित दशाओं , प्रसूति सहायता , अवकाश पिछड़े वर्गों के आर्थिक हितों की अभिवृद्धि , न्यूनतम मजदूरी , बेगार के प्रतिषेध आदि से संबंधित समस्त प्रावधानों ( अनुच्छेद 23 तथा 43 ) का लक्ष्य सामाजिक न्याय है .
